The real problem with open play

“3 courts lang, pero isang baranggay ang dumating.”

60 players ÷ 12 slots × 15 min = one game every 75 minutes

Sounds familiar? We've heard it too — that's why we built this.We can't add a fourth court. We can end the blind waiting.

Our system solves every question below

Not invented problems — these are the lines said out loud on the side of the court, every session. Below are the six you hear loudest. The system settles far more than fits on one page.

“3 courts lang, pero isang baranggay ang dumating.”

The one we can't fix. Sixty people on three courts will wait — no app changes that. What we can do is turn the wait into a number instead of a mystery, and give your admin the data to argue for a fourth court.

“Sya na naman? Kanina pa ako naghihintay.”

Your place is a timestamp — set the second you check in or finish a game, so nobody can move it. Minutes waited and games played today sit beside every name. You can check theirs; they can check yours.

“Kabarkada ng admin kaya nauna.”

Admins can still move someone up — filling a short game, a free play, a genuine fix. But the reason prints on the row for everyone to see, and every override is logged. No quiet queue-jumping.

“Umalis lang ako sandali, nawala na ako sa pila.”

Nobody shouts your name and nobody crosses you off. Your spot holds, and you get an estimated time for when you're on — so you can go eat, warm up or sit one out without wondering if you missed your turn.

“Sabi Intermediate, eh mukhang Advanced yun ah.”

Players don't pick their own level — the admin sets it. No self-declaring, no sandbagging. Each level runs its own line-up, so you queue with players your speed.

“Ilang laro na ba ako today? Sulit ba bayad ko?”

Every check-in, every game, every result records itself. By the time you're packing up, the count is already there — no guessing what you paid for.

Questions

Before you sign up

Do I need to download anything?

No. Open it in your phone's browser and log in. Add it to your home screen if you want it to feel like an app.

What if I step away mid-session?

Tap break. You won't be pulled into a game while you're resting, and your place in line is held until you tap that you're back. Done for the day? Tap out and you drop off the line-up.

How do I know when it's my turn?

You check. Open the app any time and it shows the game on now, the game after it, and roughly what time you're on. Nobody has to find you or shout your name across the court.

What if I'm not there when my game comes up?

The line keeps moving so games don't stall — but you're not out. Check back in and you're placed by the clock again, same as everyone else.

What if we disagree about the score?

Either side can dispute it. The game stays open and neither team joins the next one until it's settled — report again between yourselves, or send it to the club admin to decide.

Who decides my level?

The club admin sets it and moves you up as your play develops. You can't set it yourself — that's what keeps each queue an even match.

Does the account cost anything?

The account comes with playing at the club. Court fees work exactly as they do now — the app just counts your check-ins so your free plays are tracked properly.
